北京化工大学图书馆通过网瑞达电子资源访问控制系统为师生提供了外网访问电子资源工具。
在解决外网访问及控制恶意下载的同时，从用户访问、检索、下载等方面对电子资源的使用进行了多维度、多层次的分析，定期发布于《图书馆业务统计分析报告》。

详实的报告内容有助于学校掌握图书馆资源真实使用情况，进而洞察科研方向，为学科建设提供参考依据。
